1. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 20% recurring commission on every successful payment made by a customer they refer through their unique Tapfiliate link. This commission recurs monthly for 12 months for each customer referred.

2. Program Eligibility

To participate, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Maintain a valid Tapfiliate account.

Have a valid PayPal or bank account to receive payouts.

Agencies are not eligible to participate in the affiliate program. This program is designed for individuals and creators only.

3. Referral Policy

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You may not refer your own accounts or receive commission for signing up under your own link.

You may not refer clients that you already manage or service under an agency or freelance agreement.

Referrals must be made through your unique Tapfiliate tracking link to be eligible for commission.

4. Prohibited Uses

The affiliate program may not be used in conjunction with any agency discounts.

Affiliates found to be attempting to bypass agency pricing or referring agency-managed clients will be immediately removed from the program and forfeit all unpaid commissions.

Spam, misrepresentation, or unethical promotional tactics are not tolerated.

5. Payouts

Payouts are made monthly via Tapfiliate once commissions have cleared the refund window.

A minimum payout threshold may apply depending on your payout method.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, without notice, if any breach of these Terms occurs or fraudulent activity is suspected.

7. Changes to the Program

We may modify or update the Affiliate Program, commission structure, or these Terms at any time. Continued participation after any changes constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
